How do you play it? What device do you need?
Playable on Meta Quest or Pico Neo 4 VR headsets.
Once released it will be available for purchase on the app store of both platforms.
When will it be available?
An early access training tool version is available on app lab.
This early access version will includes a completely configurable ball machine, training modes for dinking, drop shots, and slams As well as 2v2 and 1v1 singleplayer matches against AI bots.
A final release including multiplayer matches is targeted for release later in 2024.
Why wouldn’t you just play Pickleball in real life?
Pickleball Pro VR is meant to supplement real life Pickleball and provides a number of benefits such as not needing to chase balls, access to players across the world instead of a limited to local pool, and a variety of computerized training tools such as a hyper configurable ball machine for rapid shot practice repetitions.
Do you need a lot of space to play?
There are four locomotion methods available, with three of them letting you play from a very small space in your home, and one requiring a huge play area for moving around. You can select them at any time to change the play area size you need. Read more at /locomotion.
How realistic will it be?
Realism is the ultimate focus, like our sister product Eleven Table Tennis which is highly reviewed for its realism. Using our proprietary racket sport engine enables imparting spin including the magnus air forces resulting in shot curving as well as bounce direction effects from taking spinning ball friction into account.

Can I play with distant friends?
There will be multiplayer support in a later release to enable the play with friends and new players across the world. So like Eleven Table Tennis it will make a great way to connect with friends and family across sates or countries.
